About Me

I always focus on my clients drive to change their lives for the better giving them confidence and guidance to achieve their goals faster and safer.

I joined the Army at a young age and completed an 11 year stint in the infantry including time serving with the United Nations in Bosnia. During this time I competed in a multitude of sports including Boxing, Athletics, Rugby, Football and completed a Services Assistant Personal Trainer course, this involved helping to train soldiers for the rigours of their job.

After completing my service I went into business, ultimately finding myself in highly stressful and overworked management positions while still training the mind and body and staying fit.

I have been a group instructor at Bodyfix Gym since 2012, ultimately completing a double diploma in Fitness and Business.

I understand the stress that comes with high pressure work and family life – because I have been there!!!
